Synopsis

Sweetness & Lightning follows the heartwarming story of Kouhei Inuzuka, a widowed father who is struggling to balance work and taking care of his young daughter Tsumugi. When Tsumugi expresses her desire to eat a home-cooked meal, Kouhei realizes his lack of cooking skills and decides to improve for the sake of his daughter. The duo meets with high school student Kotori Iida, who is a skilled cook and together they embark on a culinary journey filled with laughter, growth, and the sweetness of family bonding.
